Teaching found Trupti before she found it. In 2006, as a high school student herself, she began taking tuitions, a way to earn pocket money that quietly turned into a lifelong calling.
A brief detour into the corporate world in 2012 as a software developer lasted just one year. The salary was good, but the classroom called her back. She left a well-paid job to return to what truly mattered.
In 2014, she made it permanent. A B.Ed in Mathematics and Physical Science. Years in Hyderabad's most reputed schools, as a Mathematics Teacher, Additional Vice Principal, Head Mistress, and Principal. Two decades. Thousands of students.
But one thing stayed with her through it all: the children who were bright and capable, yet invisible in crowded classrooms. The ones who just needed someone to truly pay attention. ReachShikhara was born from that conviction.
