Is the demo class really free?⌄

Yes, completely free. You can book a demo with any verified teacher on ReachShikhara — no credit card, no payment, no obligation. If you're not happy, try another teacher's demo for free too.

Who sets the class price?⌄

Each teacher sets their own hourly rate. Prices range from ₹500 to ₹1,500 per class for Indian students, and $8 to $22 for international students. You can see the price clearly on every teacher's profile before booking.

How does escrow payment work?⌄

When you pay for a class, your money goes into a secure escrow account. It's only released to the teacher after the class is completed. If the teacher doesn't show up, you get a full automatic refund.

Can I pay in advance for multiple classes?⌄

Yes! You can pay for a batch of 4, 8, or 12 classes at once. Unused classes are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. Paying in batch doesn't change your per-class rate.

What payment methods are accepted?⌄

Indian students can pay via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, debit card, or credit card. International students can pay via Stripe (USD, GBP, AED, KWD) or PayPal.
